I helped someone else get hired after 11 years as an administrative assistant

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for sharing. It makes the forum better.
