I helped someone else get hired after 11 years as a mechanic

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It felt good to give something back after others helped me.

That is lovely. It does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
