I helped someone else get hired - 4 weeks in

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. It has been a long 4 weeks. I was nervous but it went well. It really does come around.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
