I helped someone else get hired - 25 weeks in

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
