I helped someone else get hired - 2 weeks in

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I was nervous but it went well. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
