I helped someone else get hired - 15 weeks in

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. It really does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
