I helped someone else get hired - 14 weeks in

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. I was nervous but it went well. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
