I helped someone else get hired - 14 months and counting

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It felt good to give something back after others helped me.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.
