I helped someone else get hired - 13 months and counting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. He started on Monday.

That is lovely. It does come around.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
