I got an interview after 5 applications - what worked for you?

After 5 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a marketing coordinator. I have not been this excited in months. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
