I got an interview after 18 applications - what worked for you?

It took 19 weeks, but I have a first interview on Thursday. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have not been this excited in months. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Congratulations! That is great news. Prepare three stories and a couple of questions, and you will be fine.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
