I got an interview after 17 applications, IT help-desk technician here

After 17 applications I finally got a call for an interview as an IT help-desk technician. They liked my volunteering experience. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
