I got an interview after 17 applications - any advice?

It took 17 weeks, but I have a first interview on Tuesday. I worked as a nurse's aide before this. I tailored my résumé and added a short note. Any last-minute tips?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
