I got an interview after 16 applications (update)

It took 4 weeks, but I have a first interview on Monday. I am in Detroit, in case local advice matters. They liked my volunteering experience. How do you stay calm?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
