I got an interview after 16 applications after 16 years as an office manager

After 16 applications I finally got a call for an interview as an office manager. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have not been this excited in months. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
