I got an interview after 16 applications - 10 months and counting

After 16 applications I finally got a call for an interview as an insurance claims processor. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They liked my volunteering experience. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
