I got an interview after 15 applications - what worked for you?

It took 23 weeks, but I have a first interview on Monday. I am in Nashville, in case local advice matters. I have not been this excited in months. Any last-minute tips?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
