I got an interview after 15 applications - 23 weeks in

After 15 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a call-centre agent. They liked my volunteering experience. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
