I got an interview after 12 applications - any advice?

After 12 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a call-centre agent. I am in Birmingham, in case local advice matters. They liked my volunteering experience. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
