I got an interview after 12 applications - any advice?

A recruiter called me back after a long silence. I worked as an insurance claims processor before this. I tailored my résumé and added a short note. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
