I got an interview after 10 applications - 10 months and counting

After 10 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a recruiter. I worked as a recruiter before this. I tailored my résumé and added a short note. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
