Housing sorted, thank you all - what worked for you?

We signed a lease yesterday after a long hunt. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The kids have their own room again. If you are searching, keep going.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
