Housing sorted, thank you all (update)

After 22 weeks of searching, we found an apartment we can afford in Seattle. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The kids have their own room again. It was worth not giving up.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
