Housing sorted, thank you all - first time posting

We signed a lease yesterday after a long hunt. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The landlord took a chance on us. It was worth not giving up.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
