Housing sorted, thank you all, electrician's helper here

After 23 weeks of searching, we found an apartment we can afford in Portland. It has been a long 23 weeks. The kids have their own room again. It was worth not giving up.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
