Housing sorted, thank you all - any advice?

After 21 weeks of searching, we found an apartment we can afford in Phoenix. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. A local programme helped with the deposit.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
