First paycheck after the layoff - what worked for you?

I finally caught up on rent after the layoff as a welding apprentice. It is a small amount, but it feels huge. Wanted to share a good day.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
