First paycheck after the layoff, teaching assistant here

Farid Rasmussen · 2026-08-27T17:22:58.062Z

I finally caught up on rent after the layoff as a teaching assistant. I am in Dallas, in case local advice matters. It is a small amount, but it feels huge. Hoping it is the start of a better run.
