First paycheck after the layoff, customer-service rep here

My first paycheck after 17 weeks arrived today. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. I called the lender and they worked with me.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
