First paycheck after the layoff after 6 years as a welding apprentice

I finally caught up on rent after the layoff as a welding apprentice. It has been weighing on me all week. I called the lender and they worked with me. Hoping it is the start of a better run.

Enjoy it. Go and have a cup of tea on the day.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
