First paycheck after the layoff

My first paycheck after 23 weeks arrived today. I am in Portland, in case local advice matters. I called the lender and they worked with me. Hoping it is the start of a better run.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
