First interview in 6 weeks - what worked for you?

A recruiter called me back after a long silence. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They liked my volunteering experience. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
