First interview in 4 weeks - 4 weeks in

It took 4 weeks, but I have a first interview on Tuesday. Any experience at all would help. I have not been this excited in months. How do you stay calm?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
