First interview in 3 weeks - what worked for you?

After 18 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a web developer. I am in Buffalo, in case local advice matters. I tailored my résumé and added a short note. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
