After 12 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a call-centre agent. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tailored my résumé and added a short note. Any last-minute tips?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
