First interview in 20 weeks - what worked for you?

After 8 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a customer-service rep. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They liked my volunteering experience. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
