Finished my certificate course - what worked for you?

I passed my exam on the second try. I am in Denver, in case local advice matters. A friend helped me with practice tests. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
