Finished my certificate course - what worked for you?

After 14 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It was hard to study with so much going on. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
