Finished my certificate course - what worked for you?

After 14 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It was hard to study with so much going on. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
