Finished my certificate course - what worked for you?

After 23 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A friend helped me with practice tests. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
