Finished my certificate course - what worked for you?

I passed my exam on the second try. It has been a long 21 weeks. It was hard to study with so much going on. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
