Finished my certificate course (update)

I finished a short course in Milwaukee while looking for work as a customer-service rep. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. A friend helped me with practice tests. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
