Finished my certificate course (update)

I finished a short course in Raleigh while looking for work as an insurance claims processor. I already had an interview request. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
