Finished my certificate course (update)

I passed my exam on the second try. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A friend helped me with practice tests. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
