Finished my certificate course (update)

I finished a short course in Baltimore while looking for work as a sales associate. It was hard to study with so much going on. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
