Finished my certificate course (update)

I passed my exam on the second try. I am in Sacramento, in case local advice matters. A friend helped me with practice tests. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
