Finished my certificate course (Tampa)

After 2 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. I am in Tampa, in case local advice matters. A friend helped me with practice tests. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
