Finished my certificate course, office manager here

I finished a short course in Raleigh while looking for work as an office manager. I am in Raleigh, in case local advice matters. A friend helped me with practice tests.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Well done. Employers like to see that you kept learning.
