Finished my certificate course, medical assistant here

I finished a short course in St. Louis while looking for work as a medical assistant. I already had an interview request. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
