Finished my certificate course, medical assistant here

I finished a short course in Cleveland while looking for work as a medical assistant. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A friend helped me with practice tests. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
